Job summary

Collective is building an Operations Intelligence Warehouse on BigQuery and Metabase, owning the data layer and analytics that reveal throughput, quality, and capacity in our AI‑native financial operations. You will join Strategic Operations to design operational data, set modeling standards, and turn raw telemetry into operating metrics used by leadership to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of data analysis or analytics engineering experience in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
• Excellent SQL skills and hands-on experience with dbt in a modern warehouse.
• Proven track record in leading data cleanup or warehouse re-architecture projects.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Operations Intelligence Warehouse within our BigQuery data layer; define source-of-truth, schema, conventions, and cost controls.
• Set data modeling standards; build dimensional models with testing, lineage, and version control in dbt.
• Create dashboards and metrics for leadership to monitor throughput, cycle time, yield, and capacity versus demand.
