Job summary

Recru is seeking a Data Analyst to drive scalable data solutions across operations, retail, finance, and commercial functions. You will build pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Data Fusion, DataStream) and design data models to support enterprise reporting and self-service analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and analytical solutions in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using BigQuery, Data Fusion, DataStream and Cloud Storage.
• Create scalable data models, including dimensional, relational, and semantic models to enhance reporting.
• Integrate data from ERP systems like SAP BW/4HANA and align sources with cloud analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Develop and optimize dashboards and ad hoc analyses consolidating data from diverse sources.
• Write and tune complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
• Contribute to AI initiatives through statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Use Python to automate recurring reporting processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and consistency across outputs.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve data processes and analytics capabilities.
