Job summary

Bowhead is seeking a Data Analyst in Dahlgren, VA to join a team responsible for data warehousing, data analysis, system development, training and customer support. The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with Cognos, and knowledge of data integrity, validation and reporting.

A Secret security clearance is required; US Citizenship is mandatory for this location. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience, with standard Bowhead benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree highly desired
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills in relational databases and data warehousing; Cognos for dashboards/reports; SQL proficiency
• Knowledge of mathematical reasoning; strong communication for client support and requirements gathering
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment; ability to work independently or in a team
• Experience with security assessment tools such as Nessus; security control implementation/testing
