Job summary

LMI is seeking a Senior Data Analyst/Data Scientist to support our Intelligence Community client. This role requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph and on-site presence five days a week at Bolling Air Force Base in Washington, DC.

You will collaborate with an integrated team of data scientists, analysts, and HR SMEs to understand business processes, develop analytical requirements, and translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/engineering/quantitative field.
• 7+ years of data analytics experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience building dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Ability to work on-site in the NCR/DC region and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced data analytics and predictive workforce planning.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and HR SMEs to define analytical requirements and interpret results.
• Analyze complex datasets and develop data integration techniques.
• Support data quality and automate processes.
• Create visualizations and dashboards and deliver regular reports to management.
