Job summary

Constructor.io is hiring Data Analysts to work across multiple teams, bridging data, product, and ML. You will analyze user behavior, design experiments, define metrics, and generate insights that influence product decisions and business outcomes.

Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to translate insights into concrete improvements across our platform. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and working with large datasets is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinker with data-driven approach.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and large datasets.
• Experience in Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy).
• Understanding of A/B testing and statistical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior and large-scale datasets to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to measure impact on key metrics.
• Define and validate metrics reflecting user experience and business outcomes.
• Build dashboards, reports, and data tools to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with customers, engineering, product and business teams to translate insights into product improvements.
• Work with SQL, Python, and distributed data systems to process and analyze data.
