Job summary

Latica is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to enhance their medical data science platform. You will work closely with healthcare organizations to analyze and enrich data, ensure smooth access to datasets, and support both the Sales and Data Science teams. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare domain, with strong SQL and Python skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Data Analyst or equivalent experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with Python.
• Ability to work in a team and learn quickly.

What You’ll Do:

• Get to know our clients’ data and become a subject matter expert, so you can answer any question quickly and reliably
• Work closely with Sales and Data Science teams to support them in achieving their requirements
• Build diverse cohorts of clients data to enrich Latica’s data catalog
• Maintain the structure and documentation of the datasets for quick and smooth data access for our data consumers

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of Data Analyst or equivalent experience (healthcare industry is required)
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Python / Pandas
• Experience with AWS infrastructure - Advantage
• Team player, autodidact, fast learner with excellent analytical/research/business skills.
• Availability during U.S. time zones is required.
