About The Job

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to be a strategic partner to our broader organization with emphasis on Product and Growth Marketing Analytics. Reporting to our Senior Director, Data & Analytics, you will own end-to-end marketing and product analytics, focusing on source attribution, funnel performance, product event tracking, lifecycle analytics, and automation of data processes. You’ll help us integrate insights across multiple platforms, drive data-backed decision-making, and build scalable reporting infrastructure.

What You Will Do
  • Source Attribution & Tracking:

    • Implement and maintain UTM best practices and analyze and attribute inbound leads to identify effective marketing channels and optimize outreach strategies.

    • Develop robust attribution models to accurately track enrollment sources and drivers across channels.

    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure accurate campaign tracking and tagging.

    • Implement and maintain robust product event tracking strategy, including implementation of synthetic events, A/B testing, identity backstitching and knowledge of front end vs back end event best practices

  • Conversion Funnel & User Journey Analysis:

    • Lead analysis of the marketing, sales and product funnel using tools like Mixpanel.

    • Identify friction points in the user journey and recommend optimizations.

    • Conduct cohort and retention analyses to inform campaign strategies.

  • Cross-Platform Data Integration & Insights:

    • Integrate data from Mixpanel, ActiveCampaign, Google Analytics, EMR system, Intercom and other similar tools.

    • Build and maintain core dashboards in Mixpanel and Lightdash for acquisition and re-engagement reporting.

    • Develop standardized reporting frameworks for key marketing/product KPIs.

  • Automation & Data Process Optimization:

    • Support the implementation of secure, automated data transfers from client SFTP sources.

    • Ensure data is cleaned, standardized, and loaded accurately into downstream sources

    • Identify opportunities to automate recurring data workflows and reporting processes.

    • Support current data team in building scalable self-serve analytics for clinical operations, marketing and product insights

  • Lifecycle Marketing & Campaign Analytics:

    • Partner with lifecycle marketers to build dashboards analyzing lead nurture and re-engagement (email & SMS) funnels.

    • Provide actionable insights to optimize multi-touch campaigns and improve conversion rates.

  • Strategic & Ad-hoc Analysis:

    • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business questions around growth and retention.

    • Deliver data-driven recommendations to inform budget allocation, channel strategy, and campaign performance.
