Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a Regulatory Reporting Platform within a major US investment bank in Tampa. You will elicit requirements, manage the backlog, and coordinate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver accurate regulatory outputs.

The role requires 6+ years in requirements management, strong SQL, scripting (R/Python/VBA), and the ability to read code. A proactive, stress-resistant team player with excellent communication will thrive in a distributed, agile setup.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of requirements management / business analysis experience.
• SQL knowledge; able to write complex SQL queries.
• Scripting experience (R, Python, VBA or any other language).
• Technical knowledge; ability to read the code.
• Experience in process analysis and documenting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive team player, stress resistant.

Responsibilities

• Requirements elicitation, documenting and management.
• Create rules based on gathered requirements using internally-built language (similar to KNIME).
• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analysis to investigate possible production issues.
• Maintaining project backlog
• Participate in product increment acceptance testing and testing results analysis
