Job summary

Clearbrook Holdings Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to advance regulatory reporting, data quality, and analytics capabilities. You will own end-to-end data transformation across policy, claims, underwriting, and financial data for statutory filings and audits.

You will mentor analysts, collaborate with Compliance, Finance, and Data Eng to build scalable data solutions, improve governance, and deliver actionable insights for business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, business analytics, computer science, actuarial science, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in data analysis, BI, analytics, regulatory reporting, or related functions in P&C insurance.
• Experience supporting regulatory reporting, statutory reporting, or financial reporting processes.
• Strong knowledge of insurance operations and data structures across policy, claims, underwriting, accounting, finance, or actuarial.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute analyses to support regulatory reporting, compliance initiatives, and strategic decisions.
• Transform complex requirements into scalable data solutions, analytical frameworks, and insights.
• Analyze policy, claims, underwriting, financial, and operational data for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models, reconciliations, and datasets to improve performance.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Applications teams to implement data enrichment and integration.
• Support and enhance data platforms, reporting processes, and analytical assets using modern data technologies.
