Serving over 40,000 global customers, our portfolio leverages pervasive data quality and advanced AI/ML capabilities that lead to better decisions, faster.

We excel in integration and governance solutions that work with diverse data sources, and our real-time analytics uncover hidden patterns, empowering teams to address complex challenges and seize new opportunities.

The Senior Data Analyst Product Trials Experience Role

We’re looking for a highly analytical and strategic Senior Data Analyst to join our team and

lead insights generation around product trials. You’ll play a critical role in helping us

understand how users interact with the platform during their trial period, identifying

patterns in behavior that lead to conversion (or churn), and working cross-functionally to

test and implement improvements. Your insights will directly shape how we turn trial users

into loyal, long-term customers.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, IT,

marketing, and GTM functions to help shape our trial experience with data at the core.

This is a high-impact, strategic role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of

product, data, and growth.

What makes this role interesting?

  • Analyze user behavior throughout the product trial lifecycle to uncover insights and
  • identify opportunities for improving conversion and engagement.
  • Define and monitor KPIs that measure the success of the trial experience (e.g.,
  • activation rate, time-to-value, conversion rate, trial abandonment).
  • Design and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to test improvements in
  • onboarding and activation workflows.
  • Forecast trial conversion and model downstream impact on MRR/ARR and
  • customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • focused on product trials and early user behavior.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Lifecycle teams to identify friction points and
  • opportunities within the trial experience.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance
  • onboarding, activation, and conversion from trial to paid.
  • Segment trial users by behavior, persona, and usage patterns to drive
  • personalization and targeted lifecycle strategies. Build predictive models to forecast trial outcomes and long-term customer value.
  • Help establish scalable data infrastructure and tracking requirements for trialrelated features.
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and

visualizations.

Here’s How You’ll Be Making An Impact

  • 4–6+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a SaaS or product-led
  • growth environment.
  • Deep experience analyzing user behavior, funnels, and retention in a SaaS
  • environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and at
  • least one scripting language like Python or R.

We’re Looking For a Teammate With

  • Experience with experimentation and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely,
  • LaunchDarkly, Google Optimize).
  • Excellent communication skills – able to synthesize complex data into insights for
  • non-technical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, churn,
  • ARR, activation, etc.).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experiment-driven, and highly collaborative

environment.

  • Comfortable translating ambiguous business questions into clear analytical

approaches.

  • Experience with customer segmentation, retention analysis, and cohort modeling is a plus.
  • Experience building models to predict conversion or churn in SaaS.
  • Prior work on capacity-based pricing models or freemium trial optimization.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo or Heap.
  • Exposure to marketing analytics, especially related to acquisition and attribution.
