Qualifications

• 8–10 years in a data analysis role.
• Power BI dashboard development.
• Tableau dashboard development.
• Strong SQL skills to query and script in data.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Automation and modernization of ITSP processes, reports, and tools.
• Reporting support (TrackIT, Headcount/Stratos, Reqs, WFC, etc.).
• Developer skills to take over and enhance dashboard reporting.
• Exploring AI applications to innovate and streamline workflows.
• Maintaining existing and creating future process documentation and flows.
• Performing ad hoc data analysis and support.
• Role will flex between ITSP team, WI Portfolio team, and finance to address IT priorities.
• Alteryx is nice to have.

Responsibilities
