Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst III to deliver final business solutions to the operations team through a Power BI experience.

The role will shape data into a crisp design and require domain expertise in supply chains within Ryder's Azure Data Lake to drive analytics initiatives. You will design dashboards, reports and queries to support strategic decisions, perform ad-hoc analyses, and collaborate with Data Analysts and Scientists to push analytics beyond reporting into actionable

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent preferred.
2+ years of experience creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis and cloud experience.
2+ years of experience in digital transformation and data management.

Responsibilities

Develop dashboards by understanding business needs and translating data into visualizations.
Engage stakeholders to prioritize ad-hoc requests and create innovative solutions.
Enhance data maturity and integration to enable scalable analytics.
Collaborate with a team and mentor junior members to achieve success.
Push analytics beyond reporting to deliver actionable insights and exploratory analyses.
Leverage Ryder's data assets within the Azure Data Lake to drive business outcomes.
