Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst III to deliver final business solutions for the operations team using Power BI. You will shape data into crisp designs and user-friendly dashboards within Ryder's Azure Data Lake environment, becoming a domain expert in supply chains.

You will design analytical dashboards and reports, partner with data analysts and scientists, and push analytics toward prescriptive insights for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent, Required
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent, Preferred
• 2+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business. Experience in a cloud environment., Required
• 2+ years in Applied Project(s) experience in digital transformation and data management., Required
• 4+ years in an individual contributor role as a key team member., Preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop Dashboards by understanding business needs and translating data into visualizations.
• Engage the business to evaluate needs and prioritize ad-hoc requests.
• Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize core functionality.
• Collaborate with team members and mentor junior staff.
• Drive analytics beyond reporting to deliver actionable insights.
• Understand Ryder's supply chain domain and data ecosystem.
