Job summary

Collective is seeking a senior analytics professional to own the Operations Intelligence Warehouse in a fast-growing, AI-native fintech environment. You will shape the data layer, establish standards, and convert telemetry into actionable operating metrics used by leadership to drive decisions.

You will lead the design of the data models, dashboards, and analytics that reveal cycle time, yield, utilization, and cost-to-serve across workflows, partnering with product, engineering, and accounting

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analysis or analytics engineering at a B2B SaaS or fintech company.
• Expert-level SQL and hands-on experience with dbt in a modern warehouse (BigQuery).
• Warehouse re-architecture, sources of truth, and data quality practices.
• Strong data quality instincts: testing, lineage, documentation, and version control.

Responsibilities

• Turn operational questions into measurable definitions and actionable analyses.
• Design and own Metabase dashboards and metric definitions for real-time visibility.
• Link operations data to revenue, GTM, and financial data to assess impact on retention and margin.
• Lead variance analysis, SPC, and root-cause analytics with evidence-based decisions.
• Architect and maintain the Operations Intelligence Warehouse, including source-of-truth and schema standards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to align company-wide pipelines and schemas.
