What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and manipulate data using tools such as MS SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to deliver actionable insights
- Build reporting and data visualizations to drive strategies and measure interventions for achieving 4+ Star goals
- Recommend and implement improvements to reporting methods and procedures to enhance content quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and review data structures for effective data management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing regular updates and presenting findings to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 4+ years of experience in Health Care Analytics
- 4+ years of experience with database tools: SQL, SAS, or other data manipulation tools
- 3+ years of experience with analytics/visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx
- 1+ year of experience working in HEDIS, Pharmacy, or Medicare Star Ratings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Ability to interpret Clinical Quality, HEDIS, and/or Pharmacy measure specifications
