The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for providing individual member case level clinical summaries. This manual review and summarized recapitulation require strict adherence to PHI laws as well as additional clinical sensitivity. The role will be managing incoming requests, volume and timing within strict service level agreement time constraints. The goal of the senior data analyst is to create appropriate level information for our teams in answering case level questions.
The Senior Data Analyst utilizes clinical expertise and clinical documentation practices as well as Optum specific tools for best practice and compliance with the mission/philosophy, standards, goals and core values of Optum.
This role will directly support our UHC partners in delivering holistic information. The role requires a high level of self-direction, ability to adhere to processes and PHI laws is critical to success.
This position does not have patient care duties, does not have direct patient interactions, and has no role relative to patient care.

The salary range for this role is $89,800to $176,700annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
