Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive data strategy and analytics across the enterprise data platform. You will elicit requirements, identify KPIs, and work with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and validated dashboards.

You will maintain data dictionaries, ensure data quality, and guide data governance while collaborating with IT and business teams to scale data delivery and insights for key business metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• MBA or related degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of data analyst experience with at least 2 years in a senior technical role.

Responsibilities

• Elicit data requirements and research internal systems for data quality.
• Identify KPIs and document data warehouse performance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain data dictionaries, lineage, and data governance.
• Validate dashboards and reports; ensure timely delivery of insights.
• Document functional and non-functional business requirements for data pipelines.
