Job summary

Vscore Inc. in Sacramento, CA is seeking an experienced data analyst to extract insights from large datasets. You will design, maintain, and evaluate data models, defining attributes, relationships, and dependencies to support decision making.

The role requires strong SQL, ETL, and data visualization skills with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, plus experience with Python or R for predictive analytics. You will work with stakeholders to translate technical findings into actionable business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or BI with proven data interpretation.
• Strong SQL and ETL experience.
• Experience with data modeling concepts and normalization.
• Proficiency with Power BI/Tableau/Looker for dashboards.
• Experience with Python or R for predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with DBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake.
• Experience optimizing data architecture for performance and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Using data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models and define attributes, relationships, and dependencies.
• Analyse and optimize the data model architecture for scalability, performance and integrity.
• Organise and transform information into comprehensible structures.
• Use data to predict trends and perform statistical analysis.
• Visualize data with charts and graphs for reports and dashboards.
• Prepare reports and present findings to management or clients.
• Monitor data quality and remove corrupt data.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements.
