Qualifications

3+ years of experience in data analysis or BI roles.
Experience designing and maintaining data models and dashboards.
Strong SQL and scripting skills for data transformation.

Responsibilities

Conduct complex data analysis and derive insights to support business objectives.
Create and maintain advanced reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Build and maintain dbt models across staging, intermediate, and mart layers.
Write and optimize SQL for data transformation and analysis.
Design and enforce data testing/validation (dbt tests, source freshness checks).
Maintain documentation (dbt docs, data dictionaries, lineage).
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into metrics and dashboards.
Manage version control workflows for dbt projects (Git-based).
Monitor data quality and troubleshoot pipeline failures.
Utilize Python or R for advanced data manipulation and modeling.
Create interactive Power BI visualizations and complex visual narratives.
