Job summary

Nclusion, Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join the Data & Platform team in Palo Alto. You will turn data into actionable insights, build and evolve dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into data-driven answers.

You will influence data strategy and best practices across the company, helping teams work more efficiently and effectively. You will write SQL queries, mentor teammates, and design experiments to validate hypotheses, shaping feature

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and subqueries.
• Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, especially explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated with a bias toward action and continuous learning.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Write clean and efficient SQL queries to extract and analyze data from our platforms.
• Build dashboards in collaboration with Finance and Operations for data-driven decisions.
• Handle ad-hoc data requests with speed and accuracy.
• Document work and contribute to data analysis best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and promote data literacy across the organization.
• Design and evaluate experiments (A/B testing) to validate hypotheses and influence priorities.
