Responsibilities

Gather information from data sources and interpret patterns and trends.
Develop record management processes and policies.
Build and maintain client relationships and understand their requirements.
Provide sales data, proposals, data insights and account reviews.
Identify areas to increase efficiency and automate processes.
Set up and maintain automated data processes.
Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools for data validation and cleansing.
Produce and track key performance indicators.
Analyze datasets and provide information; design surveys and analyze survey data.
Create dashboards and visualizations to showcase performance and benchmarking.
Mine large datasets, draw inferences and present insights to management.
Develop predictive models and share insights with clients as required.
