Job summary

MarshBerry, a subsidiary of Lincoln International, is growing and seeking a Senior Data Analyst to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and external clients. This role is based in Beachwood, OH with a hybrid schedule and Friday remote option.

The position combines hands-on data stewardship, detailed analysis, research and writing, and continuous improvement of the metrics, methodologies and tools supporting MarshBerry’s Intellectual Capital products

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; combos considered.
• 2–5 years of data collection, management and analysis.
• Strong Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, validate and enhance proprietary MarshBerry datasets, ensuring data quality, consistency, completeness and confidentiality.
• Conduct fact finding, data gathering and detailed analysis; identify trends and synthesize findings into accurate, client-ready reports, presentations and written summaries.
• Support internal and external client projects, benchmarking analyses, market research, surveys and special data requests from scoping through delivery.
• Develop a strong understanding of MarshBerry’s data, methodologies, products and services.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing data, workflows, methodologies and reporting; proactively recommend new metrics, analyses and ways to make insights more useful.
• Complete projects in desired timeframe utilizing prioritization skills to keep multiple projects progressing on target.
• Perform special projects and other tasks as assigned.
