Responsibilities

• Analyzes large datasets from connected vehicles, focusing on infotainment, navigation, connectivity and UX to identify software improvements.
• Analytics & Insight Generation: analyze user interaction data to identify trends and usability pain points.
• KPI Development & Monitoring: define, create, and maintain dashboards to track health and usage of infotainment features.
• Product Improvement: collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Data Collection: determine and optimize the data collected from the infotainment system.
