Job summary

Tech Holding is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a hybrid contract role to deliver analytics and insights across boutique, ecommerce, and wholesale channels. You will build analytics-ready datasets and lead dbt models powering data-driven decision-making.

You will design test-and-learn programs, create Tableau dashboards, and present findings to executives with clear, actionable recommendations. Onsite 3x weekly in DTLA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or analytics engineering experience.
• Strong SQL skills (advanced level).
• Experience with modern cloud data warehouses (Redshift/Snowflake/BigQuery/Databricks).
• Familiarity with dbt or equivalent transformation framework.
• Knowledge of retail KPIs (sell-through, AUR, repeat purchases).
• Clear writing and ability to explain analyses to executives.
• Discretion handling revenue, margin, and client data.

Responsibilities

• Own client lifecycle and segmentation analyses and drive recommendations.
• Analyze assortment, sell-through, and margin at the boutique level.
• Manage dbt models behind data marts and KPI definitions.
• Design and measure test-and-learn programs across campaigns.
• Build Tableau dashboards and automate distribution.
• Present findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations.
• Address data inconsistencies and coach other analysts.
