The New York Department of Health seeks a Data Analyst 3 to lead the Division Supports section within the Bureau of Enterprise and Data Governance. You will supervise operations related to institutional knowledge, developer operations, and project management.

This role focuses on building data governance tools, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with healthcare data administration and Medicaid reporting priorities.

Qualifications

• Nine years of experience in data visualization, statistical models, and data mining tools.
• Experience in data governance, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience engaging with technical and policy stakeholders to elicit requirements.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Division Supports section within the Bureau of Enterprise and Data Governance.
• Supervise operations related to institutional knowledge, developer operations, and project management.
