UT Southwestern is seeking a Sr Department Data Analyst to manage and optimize department databases in Azure environments, develop ETL/ELT processes, and deliver data-driven insights for leadership. The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and collaboration with institutional stakeholders.

Responsibilities include SQL development, data mapping, and leading data initiatives across reporting platforms, EDW, and dashboards.

Formación

• Minimum education: bachelor-level degree in a related field with relevant data work.
• Experience managing data in clinical or healthcare contexts preferred.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Azure data services.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and govern department databases, source systems, and data structures.
• Analyze data and provide interpretations and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure data accuracy and mitigate audit/data risks with validation processes.
• Lead departmental projects, define plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Mentor junior analysts and coordinate data needs across teams.
• Serve as SME for source data systems and related platforms.
• Coordinate data preparation for external reporting as required.
