Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a Senior Data Analyst within the PHSO Analytics team to transform claims, EMR/Epic, and enterprise data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards, reports, and analytic models to inform strategy and improve population health outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of data analysis experience.
• Relational databases, SQL, data visualization, and BI tools such as Tableau.
• Ability to communicate complex workflows and data insights to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with risk adjustment models such as CMS-HCC or DxCG is a plus.
• Knowledge of value-based care models is a plus.
• Project management skills are a plus.
• Healthcare data experience (EMR/claims) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and transform large, complex data sets from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.
• Partner with senior leaders to plan data analytics and reporting solutions.
• Mentor and train other data analysts, sharing best practices.
• Identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders.
• Present complex data findings in a clear, accessible way for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Perform quality assurance to ensure data and dashboards meet end-user specs.
