Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience integrating data from large relational databases.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL, Alteryx or equivalent.
• Experience creating visuals with BI tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Collect and translate leadership requirements into datasets.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports for leaders.
• Develop advanced DAX measures, calculated columns, KPIs, and business logic.
• Extract health insurance, healthcare operations, and clinical data from diverse sources.
• Data cleansing, transformation, and output datasets for end users.
• Investigate data quality issues and data anomalies.
• Document data and program processes.
• Serve as data SME across sources; coach other analysts.
• Collaborate with teams to standardize code and data protocols.
