Intepros is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst to support a healthcare client and drive data-driven decision making. The role partners with clinical teams and leadership to deliver advanced analytics, BI solutions, and insights using Epic Revenue Cycle data models, SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• Experience with Epic Revenue Cycle data models and healthcare financial data.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Snowflake data warehousing experience.
• Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
• Experience with Python, R, or SAS.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with clinical teams and stakeholders on analytics initiatives, gathering requirements and validating results.
• Apply analytics to evaluate data and support process improvement, clinical outcomes, and financial performance.
• Design and implement dashboards, reports, and BI tools to measure performance.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and actionable insights for decision-making.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, coordinating timelines and deliverables.
• Translate findings for technical and nontechnical audiences and communicate progress to stakeholders.
