Cadmus seeks an analytical professional to apply advanced analytics to energy policy and DSM topics for utility and government clients. You will design studies, collect and analyze data, and generate data-driven insights to guide interventions and decisions.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or BA/BS with substantial relevant experience.
• Experience with data transformation and statistical software programming (R/Python/Stata).
• Demonstrated experience deploying interactive web apps and data visualizations (R-Shiny, Flask, DASH, Power BI, Streamlit).
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Inferential statistics, sampling, research design, regression analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to grow professionally and take on challenging work.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with energy sector or utility industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead research design, data collection, analysis, modeling tool development, and reporting for client engagements.
• Apply statistical methods to quantify program and policy impacts and provide recommendations.
• Communicate methods and findings clearly in reports, presentations, dashboards, and visualizations.
