Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience driving business value through analysis, insights, and process optimization.
• Experience in technology, hardware, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders and document workflows clearly.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing business needs.
• Proficient with MS Office and Smartsheet; technical writing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with business teams to evaluate, document, and structure undefined or inefficient processes.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and data analysis to produce usable business documentation.
• Analyze operations, vendor engagements, and partnerships to support strategic decisions.
• Contribute to comprehensive documentation for cross-functional initiatives.
• Build insights from limited data and stakeholder input to drive recommendations.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to align needs with system capabilities.
• Document findings using MS Office, Smartsheet, and related tools.
