Job summary

RIVA is seeking a Data Analyst V to support analytics and performance measurement for federal digital services. You will transform complex data into actionable insights that improve customer experience and guide content and product decisions.

Collaborating with government stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams, you will develop dashboards, automate reporting, and ensure accurate data collection across web properties to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or digital analytics, including experiences supporting dashboards, reporting, and decision-making.
• Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Google Data Studio, Shiny, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including experience working with data extraction, manipulation, reporting, and performance analysis across multiple data sources.
• Experience using analytics, survey, or reporting tools such as Qualtrics, Google Analytics, or related digital measurement platforms.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly, automate routine processes where appropriate, and collaborate with stakeholders to turn data into meaningful recommendations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and operate effectively in a high-visibility Federal digital services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics support by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting digital performance data across websites, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and visualizations that help Government stakeholders make informed, data-driven decisions about digital content and user experience.
• Work with multiple disparate data sources to identify performance trends, audience behavior, and content insights that support continuous improvement of digital experiences.
• Automate or streamline recurring analytical processes and reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and improve timeliness, consistency, and scalability.
• Support accurate data collection and performance measurement across web properties, helping ensure analytics implementations and reporting outputs remain reliable and actionable.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, content teams, and technical staff to translate analytical findings into recommendations that improve content relevance, user experience, and digital service performance.
• Present findings clearly through reports, dashboards, and briefings tailored to technical and non-technical audiences, enabling stakeholders to understand and act on the data.
• Help ensure digital content and reporting remain current with emerging trends by analyzing data patterns and identifying opportunities for optimization or action.
