Gobravvo is seeking a Data Analyst to drive data-driven decisions by transforming large datasets with Databricks, PySpark, Spark SQL, and Power BI. You will partner with stakeholders and tech teams to deliver insightful dashboards and BI solutions.

You will write complex queries, map and transform data, and help shape data strategy while ensuring data quality and security in line with company standards. This is a full-time, on-site role with W-2 employment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark for data analysis and transformation.
• At least 5 years of advanced proficiency in Spark SQL, including writing efficient and complex queries on large datasets within Databricks.
• 5+ years of experience creating data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI and Databricks native visualization tools.
• Proven experience in data mapping and modeling to support data integration and transformation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and develop business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Ability to work as a W-2 employee (C2C, 1099, or third-party vendor arrangements not supported).

• Develop and maintain business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders across departments.
• Design, implement, and optimize data analysis and transformation processes using Databricks and PySpark.
• Write advanced Spark SQL queries to process and analyze large-scale datasets efficiently.
• Create compelling dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI and Databricks native visualization tools to clearly communicate insights.
• Perform data mapping and modeling to support integration and transformation initiatives.
• Actively participate in design discussions, strategy sessions, and planning meetings with the broader development team.
• Document processes, workflows, and change management activities related to data operations.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and security of data solutions in line with organizational and regulatory standards.
