Acrisure in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for Customer Success & Digital Solutions. This onsite role leads requirements gathering, design, and delivery of reporting and analytics, collaborating with senior leaders, analysts, and engineers to advance data‑driven decision making.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in data analytics, a talent for data storytelling, and deep experience with Tableau and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Data Analyst or BI professional in finance or accounting.
• Data storytelling ability with strong visualization skills in Tableau and Power BI.
• Proficient in gathering stakeholder requirements and translating them to data solutions and KPIs.
• Experience with AI, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, dbt, BigQuery, Git, Palantir and data modeling.
• Experience with Agile project execution and tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to unpack complex problems.

• Lead requirements gathering, design, implementation, and delivery of reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Develop dashboards and data libraries for stakeholders, analysts and engineers.

The Role

The Analytics organization is chartered with advancing data‑driven decision making across Acrisure. As a member of the team, you will lead the requirements gathering, design, implementation, and delivery of reporting and analytics capabilities for Customer Success and Digital Solutions. You will work with senior executive leadership, analysts, program management, and technical team members.

Key Impact Areas

• Drive the development of efficient and reliable reporting and analytics capabilities with a data‑as‑a‑product mindset.
• Advance the transition from legacy information access to self‑service data enablement and analytics.
• Design and maintain internal SDKs, dashboards, and reusable data libraries for stakeholders, analysts and engineers.
• Champion a developer‑experience mindset by gathering feedback, iterating interfaces, and providing scalable documentation.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate SDKs, dashboards, and analytics via Palantir.
• Create visualizations that transform data into actionable insights.
• Identify, adopt, and evangelize best practices and technical standards for data analysis.
• Advocate for innovative implementations to optimize business impact.
• Empower others by scaling knowledge sharing and application.
• Help identify better practices, tools and trends that improve data quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence professional in finance or accounting.
• Passion for building remarkable data solutions.
• Data storytelling ability; deep experience with Tableau and Power BI visualizations.
• Strong understanding of data models, structures, and principles.
• Proficient in gathering stakeholder requirements and translating them to data solutions and KPIs.
• Experience with AI, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, dbt, BigQuery, Git, Palantir and data modeling.
• Experience with Agile project execution and tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to unpack complex problems.
• Ability to understand business purpose behind requests.
