Brighton Health Plan Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Clinical Programs to translate business needs into data-driven insights across Utilization Management, Case Management, and Population Health Management.

The role emphasizes KPI development, predictive modeling, and client-facing reporting while collaborating with clinical teams and external clients to support program strategy and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5-7 years of healthcare analytics experience in a managed care setting.
• Proficiency in SQL and SSMS.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Utilization Management and Case Management activities through KPIs and benchmarks.
• Develop statistical models on cost, utilization, and clinical outcomes from various data sources.
• Develop algorithms for stratifying populations and identifying high-risk members.
• Leverage Predictive Analytics to measure ROI of Disease Management and other programs.
• Conduct prospective savings analyses to support clinical initiatives.
• Build and maintain client-facing reports, dashboards, and analyses.
• Develop actionable data insights and advise on client strategy.
• Participate in program performance reviews with stakeholders and clients.
• Manage internal and external client requests and timelines.
• Collaborate with Medical Management for ongoing support.
