Job summary

NYU Langone Health's Grossman School of Medicine invites applications for a Senior Data Analyst within the Optimal Aging Institute. The role focuses on epidemiologic research on Alzheimer disease and cognitive aging, applying advanced statistical methods to large longitudinal cohorts.

You will develop and maintain study data, perform analyses, and train team members in R, SAS, Stata; contribute to manuscripts and grants while collaborating with epidemiology, biostatistics, and medicine teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant healthcare data analysis experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, SAS, R, and/or Stata; ability to learn new tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain new/existing study data, resolving database issues that may be complex, and optimizing performance for data extraction and analyses;
