Job summary

Stealth Talent Solutions in the US is building a brand-new data science team and this is the first hire.

You’ll work with one of the industry’s largest advertising datasets, run analyses in notebooks, and build dashboards in Superset and Power BI.

On-site three days a week in downtown Austin, TX. Full-time, direct hire. Start planned for December 2026; US citizens and green card holders only; no sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a data analyst or data scientist.
• Strong Python and SQL on genuinely large datasets, not sample extracts.
• Solid statistics including hypothesis testing, judging signal from noise.
• Advertising technology experience: bids, impressions, installs, attribution, auction mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Query terabytes of impression, bid, event and install data in AWS S3 using Athena.
• Build analyses in notebooks and document them.
• Build and maintain internal dashboards in Superset, with Power BI for leadership reporting.
• Run roughly two to three analysis requests per week, plus weekly reporting on main accounts.
• Partner daily with ad operations, account managers and sales engineers to grow spend.
• Work proactively with competitor comparisons, Connected TV reviews, country-level breakdowns.
• Present and explain findings to non-technical stakeholders in plain language.
• Feed learnings into Product and ML roadmaps.
