This team is looking for someone who enjoys starting with a difficult business question, working through incomplete information, and building a data-backed recommendation that drives a real decision. The work sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and stakeholder engagement, with direct exposure to senior leadership and high-impact initiatives.
You’ll spend less time generating dashboards and more time figuring out why something is happening, what it means, and what should happen next.
You’ll partner with business leaders across the organization to tackle complex operational and strategic challenges. One project may involve identifying performance trends across large datasets, while another could require developing a framework to support resource allocation, long-term planning, or process improvement efforts.
The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and often ambiguous. Success comes from being comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions, investigating data, and translating findings into clear recommendations that people can act on.
Python and SQL are central to the role, but technical ability alone won’t be enough. The team values people who can communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and connect analytical findings to business outcomes.
The team is primarily based in Dallas and works in a hybrid environment, so local candidates who enjoy regular in-person collaboration are encouraged to apply. That said, the hiring team is also open to considering strong remote candidates located elsewhere in the United States.
Compensation is expected to reach up to $150,000 base salary, depending on experience.

Employer sponsorship is not available for this position. Eligibility is limited to individuals who possess unrestricted and permanent authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, immigration sponsorship, petition support, work authorization extensions, status transfers, or any form of employer-sponsored immigration assistance during employment.
Applicants must not require sponsorship now, within the next several years, or at any point during future employment. Eligibility is limited to candidates whose authorization to work in the United States is permanent and does not depend upon future sponsorship, visa renewals, extensions, transfers, status changes, or immigration support of any kind.
Situations that typically fall into this category include F-1 OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H-1B, TN, E-3, O-1, J-1, and other employment-based visa classifications that require present or future employer sponsorship, extension support, renewal support, status transfer support, or immigration assistance. Candidates who anticipate requiring sponsorship in one year, three years, five years, or at any future point during employment will not meet the requirements of this position.
