Qualifications

• Proficient in writing Kusto queries and tuning performance of existing queries.
• Experience developing data models to create reports in Azure Data Explorer or Power BI.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate patterns for decision making.
• Proficient in developing Power Apps and Power Automate flows for data retrieval or automation.

Responsibilities

• Daily data analysis to identify gaps and curate data with Azure teams.
• Identify data sources and prepare queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Design data models and reports to surface insights across change management and workstreams.
• Collaborate with Azure teams to capture learnings from incidents and centralize them.
• Propose and implement process automations to improve efficiency.
• Track incidents and analyze causation related to deployments and services.
• Provide feedback for data improvements and follow-up in programs.
• Transform raw data into compatible formats for downstream systems and perform quality checks.
