Aurora is seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to accelerate the development and operation of the Aurora Driver. You will craft analytics pipelines, build dashboards, and partner with data scientists and software leaders to turn data into actionable insights for safety and performance.

You will work in a hybrid environment with in-office days to support collaboration across teams, contributing to scalable data solutions and impactful business outcomes at Aurora.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineer or similar technical role.
• Experience delivering end-to-end data analytics projects; building data pipelines with safety-conscious data products.
• Able to systematically approach open-ended questions to scalable data solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL) and data engineering best practices.
• Intermediate knowledge of data analytics infrastructure (DBT, visualization tools).
• Proficient in Python and able to communicate insights clearly.
• Able to collaborate across stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting and analytics to optimize data from our growing truck fleet.
• Work with data scientists and software leadership to prioritize data sourcing.
• Partner with software teams to design metrics and dashboards to accelerate development.
• Collaborate with Data Science & Analytics to influence Aurora’s tooling ecosystem.
