George Washington University is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for Annual Giving to optimize donor acquisition, retention, and upgrade strategies through data-driven insights. The role focuses on dashboards, segmentation, predictive modeling, and rigorous A/B testing across channels.

The position reports to the AVP, Annual Giving and requires strong SQL, Python or R, and Power BI skills, with experience in major advancement CRMs. Hybrid onsite work in Washington, DC.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience.
• Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Bachelor's in Data Analytics, Statistics, CS, Economics, or related field is desired.
• 3–5+ years of data analysis, predictive modeling, or business intelligence in higher education fundraising or direct marketing.

Aufgaben

• Performance Reporting & Dashboards: design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards tracking KPIs and revenue projections.
• Campaign Analytics & Segmentation: build and refine audience models to maximize ROI.
• Predictive Modeling: develop propensity models using statistical and ML techniques.
• A/B Testing & Optimization: design, execute, analyze tests to optimize engagement and conversions.
• Data Hygiene: ensure data integrity, streamline ETL, integrate external data into CRM.
