Qualifications

  • 4–8 years hands-on experience building Python-based data solutions.
  • Strong scripting and programming in Python for analytics and automation.
  • Advanced SQL for data validation and performance.
  • Excel skills with complex formulas, pivots, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will apply advanced analytics, automation, and problem-solving skills to improve operational workflows, enhance data quality, and support smarter decision-making. Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, root causes, and opportunities for operational improvement
  • Develop and maintain scalable Python-based solutions for data analysis, automation, and workflow optimization
  • Write, optimize, and validate advanced SQL queries to support reporting, data integrity, and performance improvement
  • Use advanced Excel capabilities, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling, to support business analysis and reporting needs
  • Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions aligned to operational goals
  • Identify manual, repetitive processes and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and data accuracy
  • Deliver end-to-end analytics solutions, from data extraction and validation through insight generation and production support
  • Support, enhance, and troubleshoot EMS platforms, including Leader and Trip Optimizer, through data monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Build dashboards and visual analytics using Tableau or similar BI tools, where applicable, to improve visibility and decision-making
  • Contribute to a culture of operational excellence through strong ownership, precision, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • 4-8 years of hand-on experience developing Python-based solutions with a strong focus on data analytics and automation
  • Strong scripting and programming expertise in Python for analytics, automation, and scalable solution development
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, data validation, and query performance optimization
