Concentrix is seeking a Senior Data Analyst - Analytics & Automation in Omaha, NE. The role focuses on applying advanced analytics, automation, and data solutions to improve operational workflows and decision-making.

You will build end-to-end data solutions, validate data quality, and deliver insights for cross-functional teams. The position offers onsite work with a base salary of $92,250–$99,900 plus incentives, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of hands-on Python-based data analytics and automation experience.
• Advanced SQL querying, data validation, and performance optimization.
• Expert Excel skills with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and automation delivery.
• Experience delivering end-to-end analytics from data extraction to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Develop and maintain Python-based data analysis, automation, and workflow solutions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and data integrity.
• Build dashboards/visualizations using Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions aligned to business goals.
• Identify manual processes and implement automation to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Support EMS platforms including Leader and Trip Optimizer through data monitoring and improvement.
• Deliver end-to-end analytics from data extraction to deployment and production support.
