Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics.
• Strong SQL and data modeling required.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Snowflake).
• Familiarity with Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, Snowflake, DBT models; serve as single source of truth for the DLG business.
• Translate complex, cross-functional data into clear narratives and recommendations for stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, finance, and ops.
• Proactively identify gaps, discrepancies, and opportunities in the data, and communicate findings to drive action.
• Own prioritization of your analytics roadmap: scope requests, push back when needed, and trade off where time goes.
• Analyze A/B experiments and DLG initiatives; design measurement frameworks.
• Help the team automate and scale processes using AI tools, SQL, and DBT; write clean, well-documented SQL and DBT models to enable others.
