As Technology Consultant 2, you will document requirements, guide design discussions, code and review, implement tests, develop training and support frameworks, and coordinate production issue resolution with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relocation/travel may be required.
• Experience documenting business requirements and guiding design discussions.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and BI reporting for enterprise data.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and data integration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements and guide software design decisions for BI solutions.
• Participate in coding, integrate features, and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate fixes.
• Develop training materials and support frameworks for new apps.
• Resolve production issues and suggest reliability improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of code and testing to enrich knowledge base.
