Job summary

Infosys Limited in Raleigh, NC, seeks a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute to requirements elicitation, design discussions, coding, and deployment of AI-driven healthcare software solutions. You will help build, test, and maintain BI reporting and data analytics platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the full SDLC.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, data modeling, and delivering reliable analytics, with emphasis on scalable BI solutions using Power BI and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• Willingness to relocate or travel as needed for project locations.

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, the Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
• Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
• Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
• Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Required Skill and Experience

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries and Python-based automation solutions to support day-to-day business reporting, data extracts, and analytical requirements.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards and leverage Microsoft Fabric for data integration, transformation, analytics, and scalable enterprise reporting solutions.
• Support both ongoing operational reporting and strategic initiative projects, working with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, identify data insights, and deliver reliable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for BI and data solutions, following development best practices for version control, automated deployments, testing, performance optimization, and production support.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
