Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
- Will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
- Experience in AI/ML solution architecture and design.
- Experience in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience in quality engineering and testing strategy.
- Experience in data governance and TCoE setup.
Responsibilities
- Lead process analysis using process mining, workflow simulation, and efficiency modelling to identify opportunities.
- Evaluate IT solutions with process-centric approach to improve operations.
- Create technical materials simplifying complex concepts for practitioners and stakeholders.
- Research process tools, analyze roadmaps and vendor strategies for innovation.
- Design architectural models and blueprints for automation solutions.
- Formulate proactive maintenance strategies to ensure system health and scalability.
