Range is building AI-powered wealth management that actually works, embedding analysts with finance, member experience, planners, investments and more. This Senior Data Analyst will translate complex data into actionable insights, create dashboards, and partner with teams to guide decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work on churn trends, customer journeys and strategic initiatives while collaborating across headquarters-based teams in McLean, VA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data-focused role embedded with business teams.
• Advanced SQL queries to answer business questions.
• Comfort with a modern data stack (dbt, cloud warehouse, BI tool).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate results into recommendations.
• Proven ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the analytical partner that business units rely on; embed with teams and drive understanding of what’s happening.
• Deep dive data to answer complex questions about churn, actions, and metrics.
• Own and maintain dashboards used for day-to-day decisions; establish authority vs. exploration.
• Handle ad hoc questions with judgment and quick, accurate analysis.
