Job summary
Holy Name Medical Center is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead analytics for Holy Name Physician Partners. You will own pro forma modeling, physician compensation analytics, and executive dashboards to drive network growth and financial performance.
A strong focus on AI-augmented workflows will help scale outputs and inform strategic decisions. You will partner with finance leadership, drive standardized templates, and mentor a Data Analyst while maintaining data quality and cross-functional
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred.
- 5+ years in financial analysis, BI, or healthcare analytics.
- Healthcare analytics and physician-network experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own pro forma modeling for physician network recruitment and partnerships.
- Build scenario analyses and stress-test assumptions for leadership.
- Maintain standardized pro forma templates for rapid deployment.
- Develop compensation models for employed and contracted physicians.
- Produce monthly/quarterly compensation reconciliation reports.
- Lead market benchmarking using MGMA/Sullivan Cotter and others.
- Create executive dashboards and KPI scorecards for network leadership.
- Identify and deploy AI/automation to enhance analytics output.
- Mentor a Data Analyst on technical work and deliverables.
