MRM Health is looking for a Senior Analyst, Omnichannel Data & Analytics to join our Marketing Science team (data transformation, data strategy, performance and analytics) within a healthcare-focused marketing agency, so familiarity with healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing is highly valuable. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, audience science, marketing technology, and strategy, supporting clients in building and activating more connected, data-driven omnichannel experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and BI capabilities with a solid understanding of how data moves across a modern marketing ecosystem — from ingestion and identity resolution within a CDP to audience creation, activation across media and CRM channels, and performance measurement. This is not a purely technical or reporting-focused role. We are looking for someone who can connect data, technology, activation, and business objectives, translating complex datasets and platforms into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for our clients. The successful candidate should understand — or be able to quickly develop an understanding of — the specific challenges associated with healthcare data and omnichannel marketing, including: HCP and consumer/patient audiences Healthcare-specific identifiers and data sources Privacy, consent, and regulatory considerations HCP engagement and prescribing journeys Paid and non-personal promotion channels First-party and third-party healthcare data Measurement challenges within regulated environments.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
